The three spectacular buildings of the new Zollhof complex in Dusseldorf during different stages of construction.
The SKYDECK slab formwork was the right solution for this very unusual building. Using system components, the curved slab edges could be formed quickly and easily.
CNC-machined polystyrene bodies, held by TRIO panels, formed the structure for the extraordinary components.
In accordance with the requirements of the architect, push-pull props were used to support the inclined RAPID column formwork.
SKYDECK, with the large prop spacings of 1.50 m x 2.30 m, provides optimal freedom of movement during lateral transport of the materials.
The "Art and Media Centre Rheinhafen" from Frank O. Gehry is divided into three high-contrast building parts and gives the impression of a giant sculpture.
