Projekti ülevaade
Rohkem infot projektist
For realising the extraordinary museum on time and within budget, PERI planned, produced and delivered over 3,500 customised special formwork elements.
The "Museum of Tomorrow“ was designed by Santiago Calatrava and extends 300 m into the sea on a pier.
Supported by PERI UP shoring and working scaffolds, as well as VARIOKIT raised formwork units, the customised elements are assembled on site to form a complete 3D formwork construction.
The 3D formwork units were pre-assembled with the help of the individual formwork elements produced at the CNC woodworking facility at PERI Brazil.
The use of the 3D formwork elements on the jobsite was similar to that of system formwork – supported by easily implementable utilization plans.
Planning, assembly and material allocation were ideally coordinated to suit the construction schedule.
An important part of the PERI overall concept was also providing perfectly matched formwork and scaffolding systems.

The combination of multiple PERI formwork and scaffolding systems together with efficient engineering support was the key factor in ensuring that the concrete construction challenges we faced could be mastered. In particular, the on-time deliveries of the pre-assembled formwork units enabled us to shape Rio’s newest landmark.
